    The act of getting from A to B has evolved tremendously over time. Transportation is introduced to the learners in this module in wonderful ways. A large focus is placed on human-powered transport methods such as walking and cycling which promote a healthy lifestyle. 
    This module shows the young learners that transport can be healthy, fun and effective.

    Changing Climates: 1-2

    Grade 1-2. Lessons will introduce learning about the cause & effect of climate change, exploring some of the science and relating it to local contexts. Students will understand the impact of climate change on human and non-human communities and engage with the values and emotions that we are all experiencing, helping to inspire positive actions and empowerment moving forward.

    Changing Climates: 3-4

    Grade 3-4. Lessons will introduce simple ideas surrounding the cause & effect of climate change to allow pupils to develop a basic understanding of fossil fuels and greenhouse gases. Pupils will explore some of the impacts of climate change on human and non-human communities, building empathy and understanding ways to work together and take action to inspire positive change.

    Clean Air Guardians

    In this module, students are taught the importance of personal health and wellbeing and explore how polluted air can affect your health in the long term. Air is not visible and students learn that pollution is therefore not visible with the naked eye. Students learn how to advocate for clean air and brainstorm ways they can lessen their impact on overall air pollution.

    Energy in Action

    This module is designed to provide a practical and engaging framework upon which learners can better understand energy; the various forms of energy and ways in which we can conserve energy in our communities. 
    Engaging our youth in vital topic such as this one are vital to the sustainable future we strive for.

    The sources of energy that we rely on will one day run dry. This hard fact will have to force us to seek alternative sources of energy for the daily lifestyles we choose. 
    This module showcases the various types of energy available to us and irons out which ones we need to start relying on more vs. the ones that we need to move on from. 
    Through practical and engaging activities, learners get to learn more about the world of energy.

    Grade 0-R: Waste Matters

    In this module, learners are exposed to the concept of 'waste' and asked to rethink this concept by learning about nature's way of composting and innovating new products from old waste materials. They also learn the concept of the  3 R's (reuse, recycle and reduce) via a lively tune that will get them singing along.

    Grade 1-2: Waste Not, Want Not

    In this module, students learn that things from nature decompose into compost. They also learn about what other items decompose, such as paper. And on the note of paper, learners get a chance to make their own paper - embracing a recycling-based solution. Students also explore new habits to help improve their own footprint on waste, especially when it comes to the types of food they consume at school.

    Grade 3-4: Trash or Treasure?

    This module, explains why it is important to be concerned about what happens to our waste. In each lesson, students rethink waste and look at solutions using the 5 R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot and Reflect.

    This module challenges the young learners to rethink about public spaces and what function they set out to serve in a community. Furthermore, learners will engage with ideas of community engagement with the public spaces around us.

    Public spaces exist all around us and all of them have the potential to be great. This module guides the learners in discovering what that looks like and how it happens.

    The world of food poses many dangers and benefits to our health. How do we know what is the best option for our bodies and health? 
    This module explores the relationship between food and health, especially highlighting the dangers of sugar and the benefits of a balanced diet. 
    This information will always be of utmost importance to us.

    Introducing Sustainability Intelligence – Foundation Phase

    This lesson is designed for learners in grades 1-4. These lessons set the stage upon which learners can develop sustainable intelligence. Each lesson plays an interactive game that illustrates how innocent actions can turn into unsustainable practices that impact everyone and the Earth we call home. They also act as an introductory lesson before learners engage with any other sustainable intelligence curricula.

    Let’s Ride Together

    The learners in this module are exposed to the influences that transport poses in the forms of traffic and air pollution, some of the more challenges aspects of our society. This module explores these two challenges whilst also showcasing the benefits of community-driven efforts and public transport in hampering these adverse effects. 
    By focusing on solutions, learners will gain a positive insight into what transportation may look like in the future.

    This module explores the importance of eating plants as food and more specifically, how vital it is to eat and be aware of locally grown plants. This learning journey is furthered by looking at the best ways to manage one's food waste and the many creative ways in which we can create a circular flow in managing our food. 
    Starting from the roots, this knowledge will stick with the learners for life.

    Sensing Air Quality

    In this module, students explore air as a type of matter. They learn about the concept of air quality and participate in activities that explain how different smells travel through the air. They then discuss the importance of clean air and figure ways to respect others by caring for air quality.

    By bringing in stories, games and activities, learners will gain a well-rounded outlook on the future of transport.
